Ashley P

Co-Founder & Owner

Ashley brings over 15 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, having managed and owned multiple businesses alongside her husband. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and as a mother of two, Ashley has drawn on her professional and personal experiences to create Mission Possible Montessori, with the partnership of Ms. Randi. She envisioned an educational environment free from outside regulations and influences, where children can learn in ways that truly work for them. With a focus on instilling values, ethics, and community, Ashley is proud to provide a solution that not only fits her family but has also resonated with many others who share in the vision.

Ms. Randi

Co-Founder, Director,

Teacher

With over two decades of teaching experience, Randi has dedicated her career to Montessori education, shaping young minds with care and purpose. Her journey began in 2000, inspired by her love for children and a desire to make a difference. Trained at one of the nation’s premier Montessori programs, she developed a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its transformative impact on children. Starting in a toddler classroom, Randi cultivated a rich foundation of knowledge, fostering independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth in her students. Over the years, she has worked with multiple age groups, served as a Montessori advisor, and trained countless teachers in the art of authentic Montessori practices. As a co-founder of Mission Possible Montessori, Randi brings her extensive classroom experience and deep commitment to creating a nurturing, holistic environment where children thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Her expertise and passion continue to shape the mission and values of the program.

Ms. Jamie

Upper Elementary Teacher

With over 15 years of homeschooling experience, Ms. Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the Mission Possible Montessori community. Having successfully homeschooled her own three children through to completion, she understands the value of personalized education tailored to individual needs. Specializing in upper elementary education, Ms. Jamie integrates hands-on, engaging methods to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for learning.

Her dedication extends beyond academics, as she emphasizes social-emotional growth, resilience, and independence in her students. At MPM, Ms. Jamie is committed to creating a nurturing and dynamic classroom where each child feels valued, supported, and inspired to excel.

Ms. Jordyn

Teacher-in-Training

Jordyn is a dedicated Montessori classroom assistant who finds immense joy in supporting young learners as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally. With a patient and nurturing approach, she fosters an engaging and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore, create, and thrive. Jordyn is passionate about promoting independence and creativity, aligning with the core principles of Montessori education.

Currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development at the College of Southern Nevada, Jordyn is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve the needs of her students.

Ms. Talanda

Primary Room Teacher

Ms. Talanda is a devoted Montessori educator with over 15 years of experience and a deep passion for nurturing young minds. Originally from Michigan, she made her way to Las Vegas nine years ago and brought her love for the Montessori philosophy with her. Talanda holds a NAMC training certificate in both Primary and Upper Elementary education and has worked with children ranging from toddlers to 6th graders. However, her true passion lies with the Primary age group, where she delights in fostering independence, respect, and holistic growth in her students.

Talanda finds immense joy in witnessing the excitement on children’s faces as they make their own discoveries—a hallmark of the Montessori approach. Beyond her teaching role, Talanda embraces her most cherished title: mommy to her young daughter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working on DIY projects, and spending quality time with family. Talanda is committed to guiding children toward becoming kind, confident, and capable individuals who contribute positively to their world.

Ms. Lauren

Bright Beginnings Teacher

Lauren brings a wealth of experience to Mission Possible Montessori, with degrees in Psychology and Theater Arts and over 28 units of Early Childhood Education coursework. For more than a decade, she has nurtured young children as a preschool and infant-toddler teacher and worked as a nanny for multiple families. Her passion extends beyond the classroom, having also advocated for at-risk children at a crisis center. Lauren values the mutual learning experience she shares with preschoolers and envisions one day opening a school blending education with the arts. Outside of work, she enjoys time with loved ones, exploring new places, and staying engaged in psychology studies.
